As the Agronomist in charge of keeping mothers’ stock, plants in veg, and flowers in excellent condition, introducing new IPM practices and fertilizer programs (ferti-irrigation and foliar feed). Make sure that it’s enough Mother Stock for propagation according to the Production Plan. In control of the Microbiology lab, working closely with the Tissue Culture department to establish a clean stock program; performing the microbiology R&D test to identify issues and resolve them. Environmental analysis to determine levels of infestation, contamination source and create SOPs to resolve the issues. Continuous R&D to find new products/practices to improve the plant quality (potency), quantity (yield), integrated pest management, and fertilizer.

As the Nursery Manager and Head of Plant Science R&D, leading the large-scale production of High-Performance seedlings (Cocoa, Cashew, Mango, Moringa, Shea, and timber species), implementing and controlling the nursery and plantation trials in Ghana - Africa.
Training the technicians in integrated pest management, irrigation, plant maintenance, sowing techniques, grafting techniques, plantations trials, data collection, growing methodologies, fertilizer, etc.
Reduced the time of flowering and harvesting cocoa pods in our trees under Greenhouse conditions, start having flowers at 354 days (from seeds to the first flowers), and harvesting the first cocoa pods in 1 year and four months (from seeds to the early harvesting) considering the expected timing here in Ghana of the first flowers after 2.5 – 3 years and the first harvesting at 3.5 – 4 years. At the plantation trials having flowers in 1.5 years and the first harvesting in 2 years, almost reducing the time in half considering Ghana's timing.
